Have had better service from NHS practices. Hygienist gave a cursory polish - 2mins max. Had two fillings given without injection (must admit, I agreed to this but I was surprised when I was asked), the side of my mouth I had the fillings still doesn't feel right over 2weeks later.
Very pleased with my first visit. High standard customer service. Would recommend this dental practice!!!
I am a new patient but on each of my appointments, my confidence has grown. That is thanks to Noreen and her team who are so friendly, going to the dentist is nothing to fear when you are made to feel so at ease. Thank you all.
This is not just any dentist, the moment you walk in you are instantly relaxed and welcomed by all the staff. The atmosphere is more like a beauty salon then a dentist, I never worry now about going to have anything done as know I am in good hands

I had an appointment today at 12.40. I was late due to no fault of my own and I was asked to come at 2pm. I had travelled from East London. I arrived at 13.45 and the receptionist later called me and handed me the mouth guard which I had given a mould for a month before. She said I could try it on there in reception or I could use the toilet and then I can go home. To this I was shocked and disgusted and I said so to the receptionist too. A toilet to try on a new mouth guard? And I am supposed to understand if it fits properly or not? When I opened the toilet door the toilet didn't even have a cover, so I was supposed to try on a new mouth guard in such a disgusting and germ ridden place? I walked back to the receptionist and I was about to collect my belongings and just walk out when the receptionist said the dentist had changed her mind and I can go and see her. When I tried it on infront of her it was thicker and higher than I expected. To this she said it was normal and then repeatedly mentioned how the guard I had chosen could misalign the back of my teeth or something. She actually was scaring me and I don't get scared easily. I got out of there as quickly as I could. I will advised to come back to check the alignment or something of my teeth but I'll never be going back.
I had a hygienist appointment yesterday evening. He was very talkative and just after 2 minutrs of cleaning my teeth he said water run out in the machine, he spent quite a bit time feeling it. Then spent half and hour cleaning my lover jaw teeth over and over again. Finally when he finished he said I have to make an other appointment to clean the rest of my mouth. I couldn't believe it. It is not a first time I have been to this practice for hygienist. But never been treated like this. He opened his arms and with the attatude "I work by hour and can not finish the work" ! Spoke with Lorine but she aswell suggested to comeback. That meant I have to pay full 55 plus for the next appointment. This is rip off. Only person was trying to help me was a lovely receptionist lady. I have been to hygienist many time on a regular basis, no one ask me to make second appointment and made me pay extra. Me and my husband won't be going there ever again. Won't be recomended this dental practice to anyone!
