Terrible service with someone taking advantage of Covid-19 crisis. I asked for a job which i had been quoted 10 elsewhere and this company came back with 55 for exactly the same job! Appalled is an under-statement. DO not use or recommend.

I have been printing my Tshirt many other printing shops but I found Minuteman press in Ruislip is the best. Very reasonable price, very friendly and helpful staffs and quick service. I am going to recommend them to my friends and families and my running club. Thank you.

Not very happy. Came here first time for a spiral bound. Not ready on time. When I came on Saturday afternoon, I WAs told by Monday it will be ready. Paid in advance in cash as credit card not accepted for a certain amount. I informed the owner that I will be there after 9am as I can’t come later. He nodded yes. When I came a little after 9am on Monday morning, it was not ready. I waited a few minutes & told it will be ready. When I left and took the copy to check in my car, thinking it will be in order, a page was off. Why do I have to follow up when I pay for a service in advance? They had sat afternoon to finish the job. I liked the price & location hence gave 2 stars. Never faced with other stores. I always leave a good review.
AVOID. ABYSMAL SLOW SERVICE. I simply wanted to print a few documents off and I completely regret walking into this establishment. Not only did they print some pages upside down but some rude woman in the background stated to her colleague that I should print the documents myself! It's not my fault your computer system is SO SLOW; maybe you should think about updating it! Appalling service.
So far I have used this service for A4 and A3 copying/printing. I've given them five stars because they are everything I need: they do what they say they're going to do, they're willing to discuss things and to negotiate and they genuinely care that you are pleased with the finished result. The printing quality has been superb. And I always give them last minute work so there's not room for errors. Very happy. Prices are also very competitive - I haven't found cheaper elsewhere...
