Absolutely appaling service. Do not use this newsagent. Rude and I'll informed. Situated between an off licence and a supermarket, it is very easy to get what you need elsewhere. AVOID.

It was the first time I picked up parcels from this shop. An extremely rude woman at the counter doesn't know the difference between first name and surname. Despite finding two of my parcels under the same surname and showing her the collection numbers she would not give me the 3rd parcel but kept arguing. During this time two people came in regarding Oyster card questions and the female shop keeper was very rude to them too. She should not be working with customers. Customer service: 0/10, Rudeness:10/10
