3.5 stars I have used Kwik Fit South Ruislip twice now. I recently had my MOT and it was all done within the hour. They are proficient and good mechanics, but lack in the customer service area. I’m not expecting the red carpet and yes sir, no sir, but how about some actual engagement. I feel like I’m being bothersome and interrupting. And being able to park your car back in a bay properly. Not at an angle where you have to walk like a crab to get in, which shows they don’t care (it’s a sign of no respect for other peoples property) I would be happy if the next time I visited there was eye contact and a genuine hello.

I'll admit KwikFit was the last place I'd choose to go from experience / perception of overpriced parts and shoddy mechanics. Maybe it's time to rethink - got a fair deal for 4 x premium tyres, mechanic was honest and friendly and reception warm with decent facilities. Would consider again.
I've seen a few comments around poor customer service but that wasn't my experience. The chap assisting me was polite, friendly and helpful. I had to wait for a puncture repair and whilst there I observed that he treated everyone with the same enthusiasm. I also saw some of the challenges that the team face, customers expecting their issues are priority, unfriendly attitude, borderline rudeness. I can't comment on pricing as my vehicle is covered under a lease agreement so I don't pay for repairs.
It’s my third MOT in this centre. Always quick and professional. Hassle free. Friendly staff. Good price for MOT, but repair may be not so cheap.
They only care to see how they can MAKE money of you. They put 2 new front tyres on my car including wheel balancing. After fitting and after two day I found on car they put old weights on both my tyres and that to the weights were not properly done , the weights were so loose that they were moving round my rim with and I could even take them off with my fingers. Than I took my car to a close by garage to get it fixed . When I went to inform in the kwitfit to Venessa the receptionist/ manager I think , was not to bothered. I informed her I am not here to get my money back but want you to look into the matter how the job is done by the staff which is not professional and the job is not done properly.
