Missed my order when I asked for gravy they sent me chips instead. Another issue was chicken wings had hair in it. Which is absolutely vile. I never thought I would be writing a bad review about KFC. Never ever ordering it again.

Wrong order again. If you want to be certain you have the correct order, empty your \bucket\ which is really a bag and check & count what's been put in. It's not rocket science! Hopeless!
Awful experience Sunday 1st November must of got food poisoning as didn’t eat since morning had a few chicken pieces myself, wife and son all had severe stomach aches after eating from this awful place. The fact they have only 3.2 stars ️ tells you all you need to know avoid this place. Will never order from here ever again!!
Chickens getting smaller and smaller, chips are always cold. Not very good at all. Just the kfc coating is what’s good.
