This is a company that really does provide customer service. Twice I have needed replacement white goods at short notice (once 2 days before Christmas’20 and in lockdown) and on both occasions help was immediate and without fuss or drama, the drama was mine! Installation was excellent and carried out with great cheerfulness. I was even persuaded I did not need to spend money on a more expensive product than I needed. First rate.

just had my new fridge delivered after nearly 6 weeks ( manufacturing issues) just wanted to what a great experience its been dealing with Jyotsna Electrical. Sachin kept me informed all the way until delivery. the guys who fitted my new fridge Rene and Martin were just two great people... professional and very helpful. the workman ship was just as good.. keep up the good work guys. would defo recommend you all again.

Excellent service again - local business, delivery and installation reasonably priced, arranged swiftly, and even with tight space and less than perfect original installation by kitchen fitters over 15 years ago the installers did a quick, clean job and were very friendly. We have bought all our replacement white goods (as the original ones gradually expired) from Jyotsna and will continue to do so. Highly recommended.

Euronics came to my rescue after my oven packed up. The gentleman who served me knew the oven products very well and was able to advise me as to which would suit my requirements. The shop floor service was excellent, and they were able to deliver next day. The fitters were superb. They arrived within the times given, took away my old oven, fitted the new one & made sure everything was working before they left. Thank you Euronics you did not disappoint!
