Good store, but very poor service. Prices on the outdoor tiles are the best kept secret, unless you order they won’t tell you.... Andy is the most unhelpful, can’t be asked. Seems like they don’t want to sell it to you. Will go to Jewson in Watford to place my order. Customer service need improvement ASAP

Hire shop guy was really helpful. Good range of tools to hire. Store open as normal. Parking outside.
Staff were friendly and efficient. But it was late Friday pm & i was the only client on site.
we are not builders, just wanted materials to do a small job. Staff were more than helpful with our small purchase.
