Big thanks to Craig who served me at your Ruislip Branch yesterday. He took the time to help me find just what I was looking for, although I had to travel to pick up an item which was part of a discontinued range, he made sure I understood the measurements I was seeking and the product code was correct so when I did make my arrangement my transaction was as smooth as possible. I ended up travelling to Andover but today I am one happy lady and my kitchen can finally be restored. Thank you so much, enjoy your Christmas
