This is a friendly place staffed by knowledgeable volunteers and offering great courses and support for autism and ADHD. The information provided is brilliant and the focus is very much on the real world. All the volunteers have personal experience as well as academic and clinical knowledge so the support offered is human, kind and effective. I can't praise or thank them enough for the help they've been to my whole family. Amazing people.

The Centre for ADHD and Autism support is a hidden gem as far as I'm concerned. I walked in on their open session and received a warm welcome. I had someone sit with me and get to know our family's story. I had a coffee whilst we chatted about where I needed help and advice. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and were able to explain why I was experiencing problems getting help from our school and local authority. They run classes on living with and understanding ADHD and autism but these sell out fast and as yet I've not managed to get on one. A great place to drop in and have a chat with others in the same position as yourself.
Absolutely fab place. Staff are brilliant and very knowledgeable. Workshops they offer are excellent. Couldn't recommend them any higher
