Thrilled with my new Tegola Westminster traditional oak wood flooring and carpet. Under difficult Covid restrictions the team at Ruislip couldn't have been more helpful and efficient. Highly recommend.

Awful service. Although wearing a face covering was told to leave as only face masks to be worn. Did not state this on anywhere when we visited. The guy who told me to go did not have one on himself. I hope they go under in all this or get rid of that guy. Others were helpful as went before and was ok.

Had the most awful home service from one of their sales men (Raj). Came to my house and when we told him we were planning an extension he immediately said he couldn't do any of the rest of the measurements of the existing house as our work hadn't yet started and so could not give us an 'estimate' quote as then we would hold him to this price and it could change. The worst excuse for not wanting to do any work! He left within less than 5 minutes- a total waste of time. We have had 2 other carpet companies come in and provide estimates based on measurements without any problems. It seems carpetright ruislip do not want to make money! If this is their sales service then I dread to think what their after sales service would have been like- I am glad we have decided to avoid them.

Recently went to Ruislip carpetright to get carpets , got a very kind salesman to help around and gave good advice on deals .He organised a quick measurement service on the same day . Also had a quote from a competitive company and carpet right has over quoted the measurements by a huge margin. I am so glad did not go ahead with them . AVOID Ruislip store. Huge con .one of the salesman was also screaming at a colleague to not let customers record conversations so that they won’t be held liable later if they want to change/ lie about their original statement in full view of customers .
