During my visit to this branch I have witness an overcrowded, small store. No customers besides me have worn a mask yet happily stood on the middle of the isle chatting away to each other, blocking the way. This is not full reflection on the store, more on ppls behaviour, I am writing it as the staff members could have controlled the number of ppl entering the store in the first place. I also give a 3 star as I was after specific items, but none of them was in stock, or placed out on the shelves. Otherwise the store it self seemed tidy. Might give it an other go on a less busy day.

No option to give zero stars otherwise I would have done. Boots return policy is clear, medicines off the shelf can only be refunded or returned if unopened (see photo). I asked for a refund as i'd picked up the wrong box the day before, the box unopened. I was refused a refund. Boots Ruislip I was told by the staff has a different policy. Very poor service for the local community. And even worse, one of the store staff was then rude to me. What a shame as I have always supported the shops on the high street but I won't be going to this shop again.
Boots is always a pleasure experience I love to look at the amazing reduced selection and end up buying duplicate stuff all displays and service A1
