I have visited your Boots store numerous times and I have always wanted to send a review and never done it. Last Saturday, 27/03/2021, I visited your store. It was so busy, just two ladies were there. Even though I had a good service from Koki. I would like to say how polite, welcoming, happy, cheergul Koki is in your store. Every single time I go in there, I hope she serves me. She is an absolutely fantastic person. Please can you pass my compliments onto Koki in your store. Kind Regards, Sylvia

The woman with various tattoos on her arms is one of the most unfriendly people I have ever witnessed that works in a customer facing capacity! A truly awful experience!
been dealing with this branch for 6 or 7 years now. i have high blood pressure, had 2 ops & a few other bits. never had an issue, always friendly & never been let down. they remember me which is nice to have that personal relationship. highly recommended!!

I have never had a problem .always helpful and the pharmacist is very knowledgeable. Yeah the lunch break is a little annoying / but we all need to eat. dont we? I am a diabetic and am in there all the time so I have real personal experience. I suppose we can all have bad experiences. However I feel a lot of the comments are a little unfair.
