Excellent service from Kevin at Boilerexpert. Needed an annual boiler service and am chuffed I found this company. Kevin is so friendly, very professional and obviously knows his stuff. Goes above and beyond for his customers. Will definitely be using him for all future boiler and plumbing work and have already recommended him to my friends and family.

We can honestly say Kevin lived up to our expectations in every way. He arrived on time to look at replacing our old boiler. Kevin provided us with good advice and information on the best type for our home, provided a good quote. Kevin arrived again on time for the installation and took care to protect our flooring, our boiler being in a room upstairs. He worked very hard throughout the day, kept us informed, gave us a demo, provided best practices and also replaced the copper pipes which is now a lot neater. We found Kevin to be extremely pleasant, polite and courteous, providing a professional and efficient service, and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Thanks for Kevin boiler engineer has been come around here recently to concentrate the boiler it is working and which therefore led to the good position he now held an inspect at what work needs to be done add for a new radiator in my orangery living space room. Kevin tend to slightly overspec heat loss calculations and install a good quality radiator thermostat so I get better climate control in the orangery room. He already delivered the radiator and pipes. Kevin is reliable first class professional qualified boiler engineer. He is a friendly bloke and also his colleague Ed. Ed made an awesome installed the double panels radiator and the pipes connect to the central heating at point in the flow and return circuit from the kitchen. My opinion is that Ed is very good keen specific to do the job good neat work and no mess about on the house. Perfect tidy up after completed job. I appreciated his excellence work therefore I definitely recommend him both very helpful organise service and good source of prices. Thanks Kevin and Ed Rating 5 Stars
Seriously, i cant speak highly enough of Kevin and his apprentice. From the first call to the finished job they were friendly, chatty, knowledgeable and above all completed the boiler repair quickly, tidily and at a reasonable price. They knew what needed doing before arriving. I would definitely recommend. Thanks Kevin, top job.
