This delivery was for a replacement bed after the previous one was incorrectly installed. The delivery men on this 'run' arrived according to the email/txt communications, wore masks and assessed and delivered the bed in a polite timely fashion. It should be noted however that their original instructions weren't to take away the old bed!

Sometimes it is not about the product, it is about the service we receive in a store. In our case, we weren't able to choose anything suitable - which is our problem really; but we were given a lot of attention by Fatima (a member of the team) and Amit (the store manager). Both are very helpful and actually understand the customer's needs. Best thing was they did not attempt to do any hard selling. Overall, we received very good service and advice. We might go back another time to see if we find something suitable.
Amazingly slow and needs constant follow-up
In store, this business is OK. I will never order online with them again. I placed an online order for a fitted sheet for 60, and paid extra for delivery, and the courier called me when he was on his way to deliver. I arrived at work to find no delivery, yet it was marked as signed for. I spent the next few days being passed from department to department with no one able or willing to help me. I work in a serviced building--security footage was checked and no delivery was made at the time it was signed for, and nothing for 10 minutes either before or after the delivery time. There is no one in reception or security or the post room that has the same name as the name used to sign for my delivery. At one stage, I was offered a refund, which I declined as I wanted the item that I hadn't received. The next person I spoke to implied that I was lying to get my money back Bensons expects me to take this up with an external body, which you have to wait 3 months to report the issue to. Absolutely disgusting service. I will never buy from them again.
This store, unlike others who sell beds, sells only beds. Free parking, Friendly but short staffed. Cheap to expensive, they cater for most tastes.
Best place. Recommend to anyone. Quality products through out the store. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
The staff here are the right level of attentive for my wife and I. They approached us initially, answered my questions and then suggested some beds for us to try, he then left us to do that on our own, which was definitely better than having somone hovering around us. He later found us again and asked us if we had any more questions. Good customer experience doesn't mean following the customer around. We found at other bed shops it was almost awkward getting on and off beds wihb a staff member staring at you. Would recommend.
