Thank goodness we still have a branch! I don't mind sometimes having to queue as the staff are friendly and helpful, and with so few branches around, everyone comes here, making it that much busier. The indoor 'telller' machines are easy to use and there are usually staff there to help if you're struggling.
What a disaster. I have been trying to open an account with them for more than 2 weeks, unsuccessfully. The first two times I booked an appointment online and I was called 1 hour prior to the appointment to cancel it because the banker was not available. The third time I walked in, done all the paperwork and waited for more than a week to get a call from the banker with my bank account details. As of today, after 3 weeks, I still don't have a bank account!
Poor service and the lady at the counter doesnt know what she is doing. I am a business customer and pay them lot of money for cash handling and account but setvice is poor.
