Very poor customer service. The staff and probably management think they own every walk in customer and the must be attended by a barricaded cashier who have no idea that shopping building materials is not like shopping for milk, eggs, and bread! Every time I have visited to buy building materials, doors,locks electrical, plumbing and even sanitiser dispensers i have ended up buying from neighbouring hardware shops at discount even though the neighbours do not have the luxury of cabrod parking. Guess where I park!
