This Sunday afternoon I walked over an hour one way (6 km from my home) to get some necessities. Couldn't ride bike because of open wound after hand surgery and had no one nearby to drive me there. I asked an employee who knows me from my years of shopping there if I could please use toilet facilities before returning with groceries in backpack for the 6 km return trip. I asked politely, explaining the substantial distance I still needed to walk to get home. I was flatly denied. There are no places along my 6 km country road route back where I could go and I reminded him! I then asked a young woman at the check out. Same negative response! I was almost in tears at their unbending response. I am mid-seventies, fairly fit and surely don't look like a weirdo! I'll try everything to not ever go back there.

Helpful young workers
Uninterested employees who don’t even know what they have in stock, they also are doing nothing when there are customers waiting in long lines to pay. I wouldn’t recommend going there.
I have never known that seeing smoothie machine will give me so much happiness
There's a good range of options, although prices may be a bit higher than other supermarkets.
