New place in town! High quality food. We had veggie burgers...plant based, no soy, very good and so convincing we thought they were beef at 1st. We were told the meat patties are a blend of brisket & beef. Order at the counter & they bring the food to you. Our order took a while but I think people are in training. And the manager came to apologize & chat. Clean bathroom. Lots of inside seating and some outdoor space as well.

I had the carne asada tacos (minus the chipotle aioli) and it was really really delicious and a little spicy (in a good way). The steak was cooked well and tender and the veggies were fresh and crunchy. The place is tucked away in a sort of mini mall, so you might be fooled into thinking it won't be good, but my plate was very good and I saw a lot of delicious looking burgers too. The place was busy and backed up but my order still came out in about 10 minutes (which was faster than I expected) with profuse apologies and politeness. Everyone working there was hurrying around.
The wait wasn't too bad with only one party ahead of us. We ordered four burgers and none of us were pleased with what they got. They were all too well done. The blue cheese on mine was overpowering. McDonald's would have been a better value for taste and economy. At least the fries were good.
Great food and they make you feel like you're home. Being from Texas and used to our Tacos, Midtown's unique style of making tacos was satisfying to my taco craving not to mention one of the owners came out to tell me about his menu and the quality of the ingredients they use. He accommodated my order and once o was finished I was wowed! Great idea to tried those Pancho Villa Tacos! ️
Wonderful atmosphere for our family! This place was clean and had wonderful service. Fast and priced well! The wings were perfect and the burgers were amazing! We will be back the next time we visit!
Some of the best food I've ever had. Definitely a must go to place if you're visiting. The staff was friendly and quick. The owner was nice and asked about our dining experience. I had fried pickles and the buffalo soldier sandwich. Highly recommend this place.
Delicious hamburger the staff was friendly and nice the place was clean! Liked it better than Ramsay burgers in Las Vegas!
This is definitely the best place to eat in Ruidoso! There is nothing ordinary about these burgers, the meat is cooked perfectly and you can taste the quality ingredients in every bite. The Pancho Villa tacos though have to be on the top of the list, they are amazing. Can't wait to go back to try something else on the menu!
