My computer was busted, and he fixed it up like new without losing any data. When I expressed surprise at how little it was going to cost me he just said "Hey, I work with people". I could not have asked for better service.

5 star customer service when he had me over a barrel - a rare event these days. Traveling from Texas and the system update on my laptop wouldn't allow me to login. PANIC!!! In 2 days I had my laptop back - no data loss, and Windows 10 loaded (again). Plus he agreed to open during non-business hours so I could pick up my laptop before we left town.
