I love every visit to the shop in Pentrebach. I go often and recommend to all my family and friends. I've purchased lots of carpet for the home and mats and small rugs. Great prices and service. Its run by local Merthyr people who look after you. I love Ruggers ️

Took an off-cut in to have it transformed into a rug and was so pleased with the outcome that we took another off-cut in for them to do the same. Turnaround was very quick, prices reasonable and staff friendly. Plenty of parking available outside the store.

Ordered and paid months in advance. Lovely in the store until they get your money. Wrung the day before stating they did not have some of the material for some rooms. Reluctantly, we said ok come with what you got tomorrow. They turned up with they wrong colour carpet and it was unbelievable thin. Cheapest of the cheap. Hours of back and fourth and arguing and asking for our money back they turn up with the correct carpet. Fitted terrible. Massively disappointed with what we thought was a professional, reputable company.
