I walked in to this lovely shop by chance yesterday and it was delightful. The lady owner served me and was helpful and kind ; everything one would wish for from a small shop. Great quality produce, vitamins and a variety of health products... Try to stop by Wild and Free when in the area...

My first time here because I could only find Rye Flakes here and no where else in the Town centre. Very friendly owner and shelves packed full products and fresh produce at reasonable prices. Easy to get to and only walking distance from the clock tower. Parking on street is available at 50 pence for the first half hour. Recommended establishment

I really enjoyed my visit to Wild and Free. I felt looked-after, informed and very satisfied during my visit. The proprietors were extremely helpful, carrying my box to my car parked across the road. And thanks to the traffic warden who didn't rush to write me a ticket I didn't realise they also sell natural hygiene and cleaning products and I got some lovely fluoride-free toothpaste. I am focusing on my health with the aim of managing my MS naturally. I am embarking on a new nutritional programme called the Autoimmune Protocol (AIP) which is resulting in me totally changing my diet for the second time in the last 3 years. This time, I really mean business and am removing as many toxins as I can by going more organic. I am pleased to support such a fantastic local business. By the way, I left my plums! I'll be back
