Had a new front door made to measure to our specific style. The door is amazing, made and fitted on time. We couldn't be happier with the service we received from ordering to installation and the price was fantastic too! Were over the moon! Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone. Fantastic job!

I am delighted with my new windows. Joe and Liam are a credit to TimberMaster and were a pleasure to have around - nothing was too much trouble for them. The quality of both the windows and the installation work is superb and I would recommend the company without hesitation.
Had a lot of problems with this company. When I first put my order in for a set of bespoke doors, they said that it would take four weeks for delivery, but I asked them if it was possible to do it in three, as I was finishing a roof extension. They said that they would do their best to do it in three... Four weeks came, and I then was made aware that they were relocating their factory....this I was not told when I placed my order, had I been made aware of this when I placed my order...I would have gone elsewhere! They obviously knew that they were going to relocate to other premises, but were extremely underhanded in the way that they did this, as they asked for half of the money up front...knowing that you were then committed! Ten weeks came, and still no doors! I was then given a day for the installation, but only after paying the second half of the money 'up front' before installation, and before I had even seen the finished product. I arranged for a day off work, at the loss of a days pay. They informed me by email on the night before (Sunday evening) that they would not be coming on the Monday as promised, but would come a week later.... I then had to arrange another day off work to see it installed eleven weeks after ordering it. I was not given one word of apology throughout the entire eleven weeks, or no recompense for the time taken, the loss of earnings for rearranging work days. They didn't even offer to forgo the installation fee....The end product is expensive, and nothing to speak of either. This is not a good company to deal with. Deal with them at your own risk! Sadly, I have had to give this review a one star, only because it won't accept a minus star before I am allowed to post the review!
Just gazing in wonder at our new front door, its amazingly good looking and already the subject of envious looks from our neighbours, it wasn't cheap ( cost about the same as our first house ) but the quality of manufacture and installation are exceptional, we were really pleased with the level of communication throughout the process, a special vote of thanks to the installation team who were 2 of the nicest guys who could meet, they worked really well and hard only stopping for a couple of teas that I forced on them, I hope we can use Timbermaster again in the future.
Very good looking and well engineered door and surround. Installed well. It has been much admired. TimberMaster have a great team working for them.
Terrible experience. The company insisted on full payment before fitting. I have been left with a door that has hacked out render outside and hacked out plaster inside. Extras that I paid for (sandblasted number to top light and spy hole) were not fitted. To fit these subsequently will mean damaging the paintwork but that would require someone to actually respond to my queries. No one will now respond to my emails and there is no answer on the phone. I will now have to take this down the small claims route.
I would like to thank everyone at TimberMaster for the amazing job they've done. Very happy customer!
Nice windows. Getting them fitted was a real struggle. Timbermaster obviously massively overcommitted, hence 8 months from order to fitting for 5 windows. Shame that they now seem to have gone bust before final trimming done. Buyer beware.....
