Ali, the Customer Services man was very helpful and also very knowledgeable about the product we bought, which was a Samsung 55" TV. He applied no pressure for us to buy. He also helped us in purchasing an optical converter for our headphones.

Quite busy, it's the new name for Curry's help and repair service. Not particularly cheap but I'm told they are quite good (fosse park store). A word of advice, if you are buying a new flat screen t.v. then it's worth taking out a repair plan. We bought a 55inch flat screen 5 years ago and the backlight has gone ga-ga. Went into store and was told that the best way was to bring the thing in myself, (quicker apparently), but they will examine and repair if possible, if not then they will replace or issue an instore credit note, which you can top up and get another t.v. And of course take out a new plan. If they find nothing wrong, unlike some firms they won't charge you, oh and I should clarify if you can't get the t.v. back to them yourself, then they will arrange a courier to pick it up and return it, and no extra charge!

They have deemed my TV beyond repair and promised a replacement voucher. However they could not comback to me wih the promis they have made. My TV is with team know how for almost 3 weeks. Staying at home with 2 kids without TV is somthing that wont help on the current situation (lockdown) customer service is beyond poor and unimaginable. I would advice fellow citizens to think twice before deciding to take-out any cover. The waiting time on tye phone by it self will drive you . Team know how team don't know Goodbye for me and canceled subscription.

Service not at the level it should be, waited 30min for help after asking for help. I understand its busy especially at this time of the year but I asked 4 people for help in the space of that 30min and everyone just said we will find someone to help you asap.

As usual, the customer service is woeful. Staff simply chatting to one another, completely oblivious to customers. Currently not allowing in-store purchasing, so expect to wait for up to 30 minutes in the cold before being served.

Ordered TV requested a delivery time and date had day off work waited tracked it all going fine I was number 36 for delivery got to 34 gone back to depot no email no card then a message saying couldn’t deliver no one available!! Went on live chat they gave me a number but it was closed so mad
