We've never had what I call a 'private carpet fitter'. We have always gone to big shops like carpet right etc! Well.. our experience with Steve was so good I don't think I'll ever step foot in a carpet shop again! Steve was so reliable, emailing me back really quickly, arranging to come round and measure up and show us some sample carpets that met our requirements and giving a very reasonable price. He left the samples with us over night so we could look at the different colours in different lights. When we had chosen he ordered the carpet straight away and fitted on a day that was convenient. We trusted him straight away, enough to leave our house key with him while we were out at work. He even threw in two door trims free of charge! We have pretty much our whole upstairs to carpet soon and will 100% be going back to Steve!
