I suffer from a bad shoulder which over time has spread to a bad back, neck and tension headaches. Nick’s been great at working through the various issues, increasing mobility and giving me good exercises to correct bad habits. I have seen good improvement over our sessions, he clearly knows his stuff and is great at explaining what he’s doing and how everything is connected. Highly recommend him!

I found Castle Health through an internet local area search and I liked the philosophy behind the description. This indeed lived up to the actual experience and I would recommend Castle Health to anyone and everyone. I needed some help with recovery after being thrown from a horse and had constant multiple aches and pains. Nick approached my issues in a very systematic, considered, thoughtful and respectful way and explained the reasons behind every treatment and exercise. Improvements were evident from the first treatment and I continued to progress to a level where I was pain free between visits with longer time periods between the treatments. The exercises and guidance provided by Nick has allowed me to continue with a maintenance program to allow ongoing improvements to my well-being. I can not speak highly enough of Nick and would encourage people considering an Osteopathic treatment to try his services.

Having served seven and a half years in the Royal Marines, I have picked up a collection of injuries along the way, my physical lifestyle has taken its toll but it’s far from being over!!! I have been visiting with Nick for a while now to keep any injuries at bay by having regular deep tissue massages, and to work through any problems that arise. As the time goes on, I am finding the treatments, that are tailored to suit my particular needs, to be very effective and am extremely pleased with the results. For any type of injury, or even for a general sports massage, I would unreservedly recommend anyone to see Nick for a friendly and knowledgeable approach.

After injuring my lower back whilst weight training I came to Nick for treatment, he managed to find me an appointment within 48hrs and with one treatment much of the pain from the area was relieved and after a few weeks I was able to train again. Nick explained what had caused the problem, how he'll treat it and most importantly how to prevent it occurring again. All around highly recommended!

I am currently pregnant with my second child and have had recurring neck pain due to sleeping in uncomfortable positions at night. Nick was able to treat my neck pain giving me immediate relief, and I have not had any issues since.
