Liking the experience today, came to the store for a look around as we need to replace the hallway flooring. Knowledgeable staff helped us make some decisions and we will be back to make an order. A very clean and tidy store and ample parking right outside which is free.

Top class service from Jamie and his team. I first went to Monarch Carpets in November 2017 knowing that I would not be looking to purchase until May 2018. This did not deter Jamie from giving me the time required to make an informed decision 6 months in advance. Fitting was delivered on time, the quality of finish was great and the fitting guys were very approachable. Great value for money and a great service to go with it. We even got a move in card and a bottle of bubbly for our new home. Thank you. Would use again
What a great place to buy carpets. This shop is better by far than the large chains. The staff are patient and attentive spending the time with you to make sure that you receive not just the best carpet to meet your needs but good value too. The shop arranged all of the fitting to meet our needs and schedules. A great find in Rugby to provide and fit arrest in our new home.
They left a nasty oil stain on my drive. Then denied they did so after they couldn’t clean it up properly. CCTV shows otherwise. Just preparing the evidence for the small claims court route.
My husband and I recently had the flooring replaced for our hall, stairs and landing by Monarch Carpets. We chose Karndean for the hall and a wool mix carpet for the stairs and landing. We were thrilled with the results and quality of service from Jamie, Emma and his team of fitters. Excellent job!
