I visited Laura at LMC recently on the recommendation of a friend with a niggling shoulder issue. It was easy to book an appointment and find the surgery and right from the first appointment, Laura was able to quickly diagnose the problem and set about rectifying it. Even in the first session, I felt immediate improvement and combined with some easy to follow home exercises and a couple of follow up sessions, my shoulder is pain free and I am back to full performance. Would definitely recommend LMC to anyone and they have clearly put many measures in place to make their clients feel safe in these uncertain times.

My daughter tore her Achilles during lockdown and Laura at LMC was fantastic in helping her to recover. There were online sessions to start with until she was able to see her face to face. Throughout the last 6 months Laura has given my daughter great advice and physio and helped restore her confidence too. She is now back to all of her sporting activities. We would definitely recommend Laura and LMC, everyone is very friendly.

This review is long overdue. Laura put me back together in 2019, allowing me to race in a season I had written-off due to a long standing hamstring issue. I've had a flare up of the issue, but this time round it's been caused more by 'life' than sport. I just got back from my first appointment with Laura and it's the first time I've not been in pain in weeks. Thank you

Lauren at LMC has just been absolutely fantastic! I had a muscle injury for nearly a year that multiple other professionals had not been able to solve, which prevented me from running and caused me long term pain all the time. Within 6 sessions Lauren has got me back to running again and I am pain free! So happy! Would absolutely recommend to anyone! Thank you so much you are a miracle worker!

I brought my 9 year old to Lauren with ankle pain, after 18 months of getting nowhere with the NHS. Lauren was amazing with my daughter and really driven to get to the root of the problem. After a couple of months she can now run around and play football with no pain at all. We can't thank, or recommend Lauren enough for the brilliant work she did and the lovely way she went about it.
