I bought a coat from here as was very competitive price. Unfortunately - due to no fault of e-outdoor - the coat had a technical fault on the inner layer. I thought the service to handle the issue, the ease to return it and the speed to resolve the problem, and despite not having the exact same item in stock finding an alternative was superb. One of the best services I have seen in a long time and only wish more retailers were as good. Will buy from here in future instead of others now I know about them

Great for all your out door needs. Nice staff and they can order in stuff that they don't have in stock. They have a good online business too.
It seems that one's experience is largely based on if they have loads of stock of particular items. As others have stated, there is a discrepancy between stated stock on the website and actual stock and you won't find out until 2 days after the order is placed. Personally, I don't think I will be using them again. However, if you are a bit flexible with being disappointed in your first choice in colour/size/item and are in no particular hurry, their prices are hard to beat. My advice would be to proceed with caution.
This company is a rubbish company. Full lies....Sent me wrong colour what I ordered. When I called and asked for correct colour they told me to send the product back and a postal receipt and we will refund you the delivery charges and send you the correct colour. They didn't have a courtesy to reply on my email. I send them an email 3-4 times but no reply...so every time I had call for update. At last they lied to me that they sent a correct colour. My eyes are not that bad to differentiate between brown and grey.
Shame, stood outside the shop in Northampton right now. Reading the sign that says you have moved to Rugby. Would have been nice to know this before I drove 35miles but your 'mobile site' never mentioned. Perhaps update your google location. Takes five minutes and would save me an hour drive.

It would help if they had posted that the store is now closed and I wouldn't have had a wasted trip. I did try phoning beforehand but just get a busy message, once again a message saying the store is no longer open would help !!! I would have given no stars but I had to do one to post!!
