Very pleased with replacement worktops & cupboards. Neil didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need & gave us good advice. Job was completed in 3 days with minimal disruption and great attention to final detail. Looks lovely and would recommend.

Great level of service. We went to Neil to get ideas for an island in our kitchen. The quotes were clear and throughout the process it was always about what we wanted unlike some other companies that just wanted to sell us a complete kitchen or something we did not need. The build quality and fitting process were all great. I would definitely recommend.
From the Choosing of cabinets to the designing of the kitchen Neil both listened and accommodated our ideas but most importantly shared his knowledge and advised us of better options and even some cost saving but of equal quality alternatives. Throughout the demolishing and refitting of the kitchen the mess was always kept to a minimum and left as tidy as possible.The team always made sure we had running water / sink and access to hob for as long as possible . Even after completion, the team came back , to replace the plinths under the units , that the flooring fitters had removed , so that they wern’t damaged and check lights were working . Would recommend Bilton Kitchens very highly to anyone looking for great quality products , fitting and personal service .
From the very outset we found Neil very helpful and full of good ideas. In direct contrast to the other reviews we found his suggestions saved us a lot of money with cost effective alternatives to more pricey equipment. Came around, had a good chat, took measurements then left and said he would email me my quote. I called him about 10 days later and he said he would have my quote by the end of the week. nothing came, he ignored my email asking for an update, ignored answer phone messages. impolite and rude. I would avoid
