Today we came for our lunch and I was very disappointed with how you are dealing with COVID-19. When walking in, there was no hand sanitizer. I sat at a table that hadn't been cleaned. No one respected the seating arrangements and no one told them to move either. I am very reluctant to return whilst COVID-19 continues.

Usually it's a fairly good MC Donald's. Swift friendly service and food as you would expect from MC Donald's. The last couple of times that I have been in though, the service has been slow even when not busy and things have been wrong with the order ( the sauce for the wedges is always missing). Today though I had terrible service, the person who brought the food to our table was obviously in a bad mood, said nothing to us and aggressively put the tray of food down. Very rude.
Never been served here in less than 15 minutes and the place was EMPTY. Why try again? Well, gave the automated ordering a go, hoping to speed the process. Dire. Lukewarm food, too. Coffee ok. Last time. Buck up, folks, you wouldn't last five minutes in the US or UK.
