Rudy's Mexican Grill

Hi, I live in Apache Junction, but I'm originally from Stockton. CA home of the taco truck wars. I have lived in Arizona almost 5 years and I still have my home in California. I've always been trying to find a place in Arizona that can compete with California street tacos, we've tried many places around the area and we finally found one. Rudy's Mexican Grill!!! It's family owned and the food is fresh and amazing, they give 4 tacos for 7, most places want between 3-4 per taco that's between 12-16 for the same plate. What a savings, quality food for a reasonable price. If you want really great Mexican food...don't miss out on Rudy's Mexican Grill. They have forever customers in us! Thank you Rudy's!

Good and solid Mexican food! Ate two burritos and took carne asada fries to go. The burritos are average sized (Similar to every other place). Pro Tip: get the delicious Green Salsa with everything. This is a mild salsa with a hint of lime. I would come here just for the green salsa!

Wow, what a refreshing experience! From the Door Dash ordering to my belly, super impressed! Finally, the carne asada flavor I've been searching for! And that rice, hands down the best I've ever had! Carne Asada Tacos: 8/10 Carne Asada Fries: 10/10 Rice: 10/10 Beans: 6/10 Red/Green Hot Sauce: GREAT flavor and consistency. Red is on the spicier side, but doesn't overwhelm the flavor (if you're not good with heat, don't even try)

So disappointed. 40 for 3 meals for lunch. Taco shells seemed like store bought, and small. Minimal amount of meat, no cheese, drippy sour cream i think?? a little lettuce and a couple of tomatoes. The beans just looked like slop. And the rice had no flavor. Taquitos were tiny and looked like the ones you buy in the frozen section. No flavor to the meat either. Thought it would be a nice treat \u200d️ for my family.
