Great BBQ, my favorite in my area. But there is one thing keeping it from 5 stars. Let's talk about pickle distribution. I received little plastic cups, with 4 pickle chips across both containers, 2 in each. I don't think it's even possible to grab that many pickle chips on purpose let alone manage to do it twice. The only explanation is that they do it on purpose. This has been going on since before covid, so it's not a supply thing. Is this Rudy's way of sticking it to \Big Pickle\? Are they hoarding pickles to create an artificial shortage? Is Rudy's the Debeer Diamonds of the pickle supply? How deep does it go. Please, Rudy's team, I love the store, but can a brother get some picks for his sammy.

So it was out first time here,a girl named Toni was awesome! She let us sample the turkey and rib (mouth watering)! Toni explained how they sell there food and recommended 2 items. Toni's customer service was a 10. Thank you Toni for your smile and time. We will be back! ️
Review # 672 01/11/2020 Ate here for the first time today. And the BBQ was good and it's consistent with the place in Arlington over by I-20. I purchased some Rudy's BBQ chopped beef, baby back ribs, some moist brisket, and potato salad. They have a condiment bar with sliced dill pickles, sliced onions, jalapenos, cherry peppers, packaged sweet relish, mayo etc. Claudia (see pic)was the manager who indulged me talking about barbecue at the counter LOL. She is from the old Arlington and remembered me. So that made me feel good as a customer. She is a real sweetie pie.
First time there and everything was great. Ordered the pulled pork, moist brisket, beans, coleslaw, links and the potato salad was to live for lol. Very good.
Great team work nice service and great food.
