(1) The baby pork ribs were a bit dry and tough. In addition, they didn’t put the BBQ sauce in the takeout bag. I didn’t check it in the store because I already told the staff I wanted the spicy sauce when she asked me. It was not possible for me to drive another 20 mins just to get the sauce so I ate it without the sauce. Not a good experience. (2) The pork loin sandwich was also dry and tough, no sauce inside the sandwich. (3) Cole slaw was normal. (4) The only good thing was that they gave me lots of bread.

I love the breakfast tacos!!! Although I grabbed a Jalapeno sausage taco & looked at the label & it said Jalapeno sausage after I bit into it it was clearly bacon. It was still tasty!!! Watch the labels. So did I happen to mention I love the breakfast tacos?!?!
Excellent meats. Unfortunately they were out of chicken and my favorite banana pudding. Meat was fall off the bone on the ribs, sausage was superb and brisket was moist. We had some peach cobbler out of this world
Texas bbq in Phoenix. I discovered Rudy's in Austin and have been a fan ever since. It tasted exactly the same and made me happy to enjoy it while in Arizona. That consistency is awesome and made me nostalgic over my trip to Texas. Thanks for expanding Rudy's and you need to come to Vegas
First visit in and absolutely need to return. The al la carte meat selection makes it easy for everyone to get what they want, and get plenty of it. The counter staff was friendly and patient walking us through the ordering process. If you can hear through the masks, listening to them call out the meats was its own entertainment (for me).
