I visited this shop with Lenovo laptop ,they took 4-5 days to resolve my issue , meanwhile i visited the shop 3-4 times , at last i got my laptop with almost same issues and 2gb ram out of 4gb , 3 screws were not there , the condition of my laptop was worse , overall pathetic experience , i lost my 5-6 days office work , management behaviour is not so good , while reporting my lost of 2gb ram he was cross questioning me , finally i showed them the proof of having 4gb ram , then they agreed and admitted the mistake , overall it was a headache and i give them 1500/ rupees for this headache .
