Friendly and attentive staff
I called and spent almost 10 minutes inquiring about an item. I was told they had it, at an OK price (aprox 1500 btw), so I went there to buy two. After selecting that specific shop and driving for half an hour, I was told they didnt have it -- and they pushed for another similar -- cheaper, but also worse -- item. They claimed they had never confirmed over the phone. Either a liar or an absentminded fool who made several mistakes over the course of a phone call. Due to need and rush of time, I was forced to make the purchase. Bad experience!
