Just had a lovely takeaway,,Shami kebab,for me ,lovely with crunchy salad and mint yoghurt. Bhuna Prawn on Puree ,for my husband ( but they never sent the Puree which was disappointing) Followed by Chicken Shashlik for me ... gorgeous. Chicken Biryani with madras sauce for hubby,again gorgeous. Deliver on time . Would of got 5* if had remembered Puree
Jokers. A simple request of NO ONIONS PLEASE is far too complicated. Apparently it's my fault for ordering a pickle tray and a curry at the same time. I specifically ordered 3 of the 4 pickles on offer as number 4 was onions. This meant they put onions in my curry as they assumed I meant no onions in the pickle tray, despite me not ordering onions. No offer to replace, no apology and no mention of the missing popadoms either. I dont usually do reviews but this place deserves a bad one. A simple offer to put right THEIR mistake would be fine but that's too much to ask. They also offer 10% off orders over 20 via their website but BEWARE, the prices on the website are inflated compared to in the shop so the saving, if any at all, is 2% and not the 10% they claim. Absolute shower.
Order totally wrong when I got home, not 1 bit of chicken, prawn or lamb in the special Karahi, just onions and peppers making it slop. Chapattis crispier than a poppadom. 20 minutes nonstop ringing before contact. Said they'd deliver until I said I come from Goole, so offered free dish next time, so I asked to text me as proof, gave number but over an hour later I'm still waiting for a text. Rubbish, do what you're paid for and keep your promises. Spoilt it for us and upset my wife, as it was her meal, most of it is in the bin now. Oh and to add insult to injury they didn't give me 20% discount for ordering via website.
