We have visited a few times and always found staff friendly and helpful, serving lovely home cooked food. The breakfasts are very good (can recommend the vegetarian breakfast) and we enjoy the sea view. Social distancing and covid precautions seem well-organized and we felt quite safe

We got a new car to encourage mini adventures on the weekends. Simple plan to select a general direction & then find a highly rated spot for late breakfast. This our first trip took us to Ruby’s in Felixstowe. Thus far the most expensive breakfast we’ve had (considering the cost to get here) ... but simply put - SO WORTH IT THE BEST pork sausages & homemade hash browns to have ever graced my English breakfast plate!!! The eggs, bacon, black pudding & quintessential baked beans equally splendid! Oh ... and they also happened to serve the best Cortado I’ve had in a very long time ... and a proper Belgian Waffle too Felixstowe also happens to be a delightful spot too and will definitely add to our must see again places (preferably in warmer weather though!)

My husband and I want in for a roast dinner. I am a vegetarian. The only thing was that they do not do vegetarian or vegan gravy which was very disappointed. I had to have my dinner with out gravy. They other thing was disappointed was we ordered sandwiches to takeaway. I ask for White bread and tomatoes in mine. I got brown bread.

Had a tomato soup and a croque madame, both bloody delicious, excellent service, good menu, plenty of vegetarian choices and a list of coffee cocktails! Excellent place, can't recommend it highly enough.
