Always such a pleasure to visit Ruby Mane. My stylists, Sammy, just understands exactly what I’m after each time. She can translate my ideas into something that suits my face shape and my hair type. I went in for a big chop and restyle today and she not only have me the confidence to go for it, she explained at every stage what she was doing and why. So professional, so reassuring and just such a pleasure. The salon is so well run, clean, tidy and an all round slick operation.

Had an appointment with Cacheta for a cut and Keratase treatment which was honestly the best cut I've ever had. Cacheta was very knowledgeable and found a treatment that was personalised for my hair type and advised me on how the cut I wanted would work on my hair. She was very friendly and polite which made the whole experience feel more like a pamper day with a friend! Can't thank Cacheta enough for sorting out my hair and will definitely be back in a few months time!
Faye just ‘got’ my thick, unruly hair. It was my first visit and she made me feel at ease and I came out feeling fantastic. She was able to enhance my hair instead of chopping into it to make it less full as other stylists have done. I will be back!
As always an absolute pleasure to visit Ruby Mane. All the staff are friendly & welcoming. Even in these difficult times. Faye, my stylist, is so talented & I always feel my hair is looking its best after a visit. I know it must be difficult for the staff to work wearing PPE, but they are cheerful & professional at all times. Well done team Ruby!
