He was inspired by the 57 year old family recipe and created his own instant classic. Rubirosa is a family-run, Italian-American, neighborhood restaurant and pizzeria. In addition to our famous pizza, we proudly offer Italian-American classics featuring a wide array of pastas made fresh in-house daily. Rubirosa is located in the heart of Nolita and its clientele bridges the gap between the old and new neighborhood regulars. Rubirosa's homey and comfortable atmosphere welcomes every occasion, from family-style group dining to drinks and antipasti at our cozy bar.

Saw lot of review for this restaurant. Finally went and it was worth it. We got Arugula salad which tasted delicious. Ordered mozzarella sticks, which were crispy and good. Got Vodka Pizza which was Just out of this world. It was thin and the sauce was so delicious. I would visit again. P.s make sure to make reservations on busy days.

What a great hidden gem! Flavorful menu items at good prices, amazing atmosphere to unwind at. These guys got a miraculous menu also. All of the staff are really welcoming - you certainly feel welcome and taken care of. Great addition to neighborhood.

It’s busy place, so better order ahead and pickup. Tie-dye pizza tasted delish. Little pricey but worth it. Ambience was good. Would definitely recommend.

I was not anticipating the menu items to be as incredible as they were. \Rubirosa Ristorante\ has a positive, relaxed, welcoming mood. Each and every single item that we purchased was super fresh and delicious. All of the staff are super helpful - you truly feel welcome and taken care of. Amazing. \Rubirosa Ristorante\ did not disappoint.

I have to admit, Rubirosa Ristorante was certainly impressive. Very pretty spot with good prices and good choices. Very flavorful and healthy. The service was terrific. They were quick, effective, and got everything right. See you there.
