Food was good always is,but this time the gentleman at the register didn't care to listen to me ordering. Did seem to care either. I ordered for 2 people and he only got 1 even thou 2 of us were standing there. I held up 2 fingers. Never had this problem before. Disappointed.

This is a great place for a quick bite. Very easy menu to order from. Well priced and good portions. Very clean place and follows all covid protocols. Lots of parking well lit. Easy accessibility. Both eat in and outside. Lots of hand sanitizer ares. Order for delivery or pick up. Very helpfull staff and pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommend if your on the go. They do serve you as well.
laughable location. Very familiar with the standard the food and service is supposed to be held at Rubio’s and I’ve contacted customer service 2 times about this issue that I’ve had. No contact back and it’s been nearly 3 weeks and I’m just out I guess of our (over)20 worth of food that had wilted lettuce (no, it was not from heat I know the difference) rice was undercooked to the point it was not edible. Salmon in my bowl was frozen when it as cooked (yes, I can tell) I’ve had issues with this location before and when I went back in to get it fixed the staff up front and the lady who was on the line in the kitchen both had attitudes about it. No “sorry” no apology for mistake, So no, I didn’t want to go back for an entire order that was messed up because I really did not feel like dealing with their attitudes. I’m extremely nice about things given I’ve LITERALLY WORKED FOR RUBIOS before and get the mistakes that can happen. But not being contacted back for nearly an entire month for over 20 worth of food that we couldn’t eat. Go to another location, this one is not it. We also will never dine at any Rubio’s location again after this because according to customer service they’ve forwarded my complaints to area team leaders but I guess they just really do not care. ***update in response to the response corporate gave below*** I clicked the link and did what you said and still have heard nothing back from anyone lol. What a joke. *************almost 4 months later now and still no response from anyone******************
Picked up order, received food in reasonable amount of time. Fish tacos were great. Refried beans with chips were tasty as well.
Keto style shrimp tacos on taco Tuesday is a great deal! If you're into that sort of diet, this is the way to go. Especially on Tuesdays because you get more bang for your buck. Just remember that if you order online and don't specify what salsas you want, it won't come with any. Just ask for it when you get into the store and there is no problem.
