Despite being promised by Rubberduck that my replacement shower handset would arrive Monday 2nd, it’s now Friday 6th Nov and still no delivery. I have rung Harrison bathrooms directly and been told it will arrive next Monday. So far this order has been outstanding since 27th October. My only saving grace is that only a few items were ordered through Rubberduck and the bulk of my bathroom refurb were supplied by other companies who delivered on time as promised so the install has not been delayed. Very disappointed with this service.
Such knowledgeable staff! Nothing too much trouble and no hassle sales. Simon is a star and deserves a raise!
