Hopeless service

We bought a sandwich fridge from this company in September 2017. By beginning of November the fridge needed a new compressor at the cost of 550. The fridge only cost 800. Called them and got no response other than their standard response of they only offer 1 months warranty. Not sure when they'll wake up to the fact that customers won't put up with this these days. Avoid at all costs.
Great service from the RTH team with the purchase of commercial kitchen equipment.
Had an issue with a fridge that wasn’t RTH fault. They helped and were totally flexible to how I wanted the problem fixing. I will always try to use and recommend them in the future. The low star rating on google is not deserved. Thankyou for looking after me.
