We were so lucky to be able to adopt our kitten, Lois ( was Stewpot) from the rescue three weeks ago. She has bought so much joy back to our lives. We took her back to the rescue last week to be neutered and she has been absolutely fine. The rescue looked after her the night before the procedure to save us making 4 trips up the motorway in one day. It was much appreciated. The staff do a brilliant job and especially during the Coronavirus restrictions. Thank you

We adopted our cat from here last month. The staff are amazing and were very responsive to any queries I had, which made the adoption process very quick and simple, and we felt welcome here. The first time we visited the shelter to meet our chosen cat, we were greeted by a long-haired gentleman at reception who was very polite and friendly. We were then taken to the cattery and we fell in love with Carlton the cat. Again, the lady at the cattery was lovely and talked us through everything we needed to know about Carlton and the adoption process. We put a reservation on Carlton and returned again the next week to see him again and bring him home. As I already mentioned, the staff here at the Sheffield branch do an amazing job for the animals, ensuring they get the right care whilst at the shelter and finding the best forever homes for them. Carlton, renamed to Gus, has settled in really well with us and I would definitely recommend this shelter to anyone looking for a new pet.
