RSPCA Herts East Branch you are amazing! When my elderly dog ruptured a ligament in the rear leg, it was devatasting! You were there to help me, you arranged for a second opinion , funded in full so I could get an alternate opiion. The advice was for my dog not to have surgery due to his age and pre-existing heart condition, you provided guidance and advice at what was a very difficult time for me. You have always gone \above & beyond\ for me, to which I am extremely grateful, without your help I wouldn't know what would happen for me or my dog. I am so grateful that you were able to help provide my dog with hydrotherapy, even though you normally help only towards vets bills. I would recommend RSPCA Herts East to anybody in need and also would say that donations towards this grate cause will and does help local people/pets. Thanks for everything you've done for me.

It's no wonder you can't get an answer, this RSPCA branch let us down badly when our dog was kicked to death! yes, kicked to death by someone we know. The investigation was very half hearted and nothing came of it with hardly any communication with us, the RSPCA definitely need to review their staffing arrangements for this branch, very lax indeed, how is this helping dogs etc when you can't even get hold of them?
