I have to confirm the story of John Engle from below. My car was parked there for 4 days. Upon collection, I found a scratch on the front part of my car as well as on the rim. The person at the desk refused any actions and forced me fill in the form to investigate the accident. Upon checking this form, I would need to accept a 95 EUR cost for the investigation first, which is insane. The same happen to 4 other cars there at the same time of pick-up and same denial was happening to them. When I asked them to compare the pictures of the car during the pick-up, they said that it is not possible. They also refuse to accept any of the written complain from my side and only told me to contact them via customer service. The situation escalated so far, that I was forced to call a police who informed me that I am not the first one who had this issue and that in general, they have very bad experience with this company. Also, the car smelled after smoke so someone most like smoked in the car during parking of the car from Drive-UP services. Never ever and I am going to fight until the end as it is unthinkable that nowadays such services can operate!

Niet doen. !!!! Stonden midden in de nacht op het aangegeven adres. Niemand aanwezig en niemand telefonisch bereikbaar. !
Goede service. Als je aankomt wordt je meteen naar het vliegveld gebracht. Na het landen haal je je koffers op en bel je het bedrijf. Als je dan buitenkomt staat de chauffeur meestal al klaar. Je auto staat veilig op hun parkeerplaats. Ze hebben ook Valet Parking, maar daar heb ik geen ervaring mee. Overigens het goedkoopste bedrijf in de regio.
Leider ist dieser Parkmöglichkeit nicht zu empfehlen. Wir hatten unser Auto dort für drei und halb Wochen abgestellt und verkratzt wiederbekommen. Es sah aus als ob jemanden damit entlang einen Strauch oder Gebüsch gefahren ist. Entlang der ganze Beifahrerseite von der Motorhaube bis die hinteren Kotflügel sing Kratzen zu sehen. Ich habe dies dann auch direkt gemeldet und per Email sowie Schadenmeldung auf der Website detailliert beschrieben und Fotos zugefügt. Da ich keine Antwort bekam habe ich immer wieder angerufen und wurde vertröstet mit Versprechungen das der Chef sich melden würde. Als ich dann zufällig einmal der Chef selber am Telefon bekam, versprach er die Sache nach zu gehen. Bis heute, fast einen Monat später, immer noch nichts gehört. Ich werde dort nie wieder hingehen und rate ab dein Auto dort abzustellen.
