The Worklearner vision is the democratisation of professional learning. For todays workers to succeed, they need to learn constantly, and what they need to learn is changing constantly. So, where will all this help for workers come from? The answer, of course, is that it will come from other workers. The goal of Worklearner is to create a social learning platform, where expert workers can capture their expertise and share it socially with their fellow workers. We have taken the initiative to get this right and facilitate it end to end socially as well as digitally.
