I love Wendy's, especially when they're the only fast food burger joints that only buys N. America Beef for it's burgers & what is the best thing to do with your extra real Beef burgers but put them in the best commercial chili around! They've got a great menu especially with something sweet but you can't beat a Frosty... Or can you? Only Wendys can by offering chocolate and vanilla! Chili Days & Frosty Nights still holds true!

Worst wendys I have ever been too. I was at the window for 10 mins and my food is just horrible. Completely dried out and I order a baconator I got 1 piece of bacon. And to top it off my frys was dumped in upside down. Do not go to this place it is terrible.
How has this branch not lost its business?! This might be the worst fast food branch I have ever been too. Every time I have gone, they are always missing items (chicken, salads, ingredients for specialty menu items, etc.). The people have always been kind about the inconvenience, but that this consistently happens is unacceptable on behalf of the leadership. This issue on top of the consistently slow service and often incorrect orders just makes me wonder why anyone bothers to give them their money anymore. I don't know why I even bother giving them a second chance again and again.

Every time I’ve went to the roystons Wendy’s the past several months my meals have been messed up. This time I had to return to receive a sandwich that was missing from my order. I ordered a large meal and received a small (I let it go) but then once I got home the large chilli I ordered was a small as well. I wasn’t given a receipt when I paid. It’s not like the orders I’ve picked up were huge or confusing so I don’t understand how somethings messed up each time. I will drive to another town to get Wendy’s from now on. I get mistakes happen but this has been every time and I am over it.
