I was asked to pay for outstanding fees which did not belong to me. i was refused service. So i had to get another vet very peculiar indeed!

My puppy had a vaccination at Royston Vet centre, on the phone they said they could provide the second vaccination as the breeder had already provided the first. upon arrival they could not match the vaccination type and only offered a first vaccination of a different type. upon returning for the second vaccination we re were too late (no reminder was provided but a random reminder for a named treatment - turned out to be a wormer was sent) so we then had to have another part 1 vaccination now the third one my pup has had) when i said to the head Vet David this was not a good system he was very rude, quite aggressive and basically told me to go somewhere else...so i will. and when reading other reviews it seems like i'm not the first person he's been like this to. do you want someone like that looking after your loved pet...i certainly dont.

I worked at this practice and would never recommend it. The nurses are all very kind and caring but the head vet, David, is very unprofessional and offers no support to young vets working there. New graduates are expected to work long shifts and be on call during the weekends and nights with no or very little support, even with more difficult cases. There is not sufficient equipment to offer an emergency service and there is no staff paid to be on site during the night to monitor the animals who are there. The head vet is very patronising and manipulative. I would not recommend working in this clinic as a member of staff, or go there as a client.

Always receive good service here. Particularly also like the process since lockdown where they come and get the cat from the car so he doesn’t have to be in the waiting room with dogs which always stresses him out.

Most of the staff are pleasant but lead vet was extremely rude, not caring at all. After having been at this vet for a long time his attitude has made me consider changing practices.
