1st visit to this store on Sunday and I am so impressed it was clean, well lit, nicely laid out but above all the staff were very helpful. Unfortunately I didn't get her name but a lady trained in raw dog food was amazing, as a first time puppy owner I was full of questions and she was so helpful, knew her stuff and gave us the time we needed to be happy with our purchases. Also love the fact I can weigh my puppy. I will be returning again this Sunday for a weekly weigh and buying more food and treats. Highly recommend Royston branch xx

Fantastic service from Pets Corner. The lady who has owned 20 hamsters is really passionate about the hamsters and making sure you learn how to look after them correctly. Thank you so much for showing my daughter what to do. Highly recommend getting a hamster from here.

I am delighted with the staff at the Royston shop, they have been incredibly helpful and patient with me and my new puppy. I almost feel like I live there! I feel like I'm always asking stupid questions but they are always happy to answer them, they really go out of their way to be helpful and to give the best advice. I honestly can't recommend them to family and friends enough! The stock is great and there is a wide variety but what truly makes them different to other pet shops is the fact you can tell they genuinely care about every single customer and pet. What a credit to your company, to have staff that are so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Best shopping experience I've had especially since Covid-19 as even with social distancing they go above and beyond to be helpful!

Incredibly friendly staff! Always happy and smiley and willing to help. Nothing is too much trouble for them! They will even help you carry items to your car! We recently brought a hamster and both Molly and Bethany were willing to answer our endless questions and the handling session was brilliant as we really got to see how calm and relaxed our hamster is. She is a fantastic pet and the friendliest hamster we have ever owned. Delighted with staff and shop! Can't recommend enough!
