Expensive and unhelpful AVOID No my expectation was for you to actually address the thing's that were broken instead of just telling me what I already knew then charged almost 300 for not even looking at why they needed fixing in the first place a 5 y year old could of done what you did. Your \technician\ simply walked in told me what was broken (which I already knew and even told him) with no investigation to any of broken appliances as to why they where broken and what further action was needed. I was shocked by the lack of information I needed to correct the problems. No your not honest I deeply regret spending my money here I didn't want anything done dishonestly HOW DARE YOU. I left you an honest review do a fair job for a fair price then you would get better reviews If anyone is reading this and thinking bringing your caravan here please dont they'll rip you off then try to make you look dishonest.
Excellent service. Popped in with a faulty pump and the staff were more than happy to help and tested the old one before supplying a new unit at a reasonable price. Will definitely visit again when I'm in the area.
Can't recommend this company enough!! After our caravan was broken into MG recovered it the same day and carried out all the repairs without fuss. They even carried out warranty work that was outstanding for more than 13 months with another dealer in 5 weeks! Thank you MG Caravans for all the work you've done on our caravan and look forward to dealing with you in the furture.
We just collected our motorhome today and have been very pleased with outstanding service from Kelly and the high standard of work from the garage. Would recommend!
